Horezu Monastery is considered the most representative monument of architecture from Romanian Country’s 17th century (it is enlisted on UNESCO World Heritage). It is the most important monastery built by Constantin Brancoveanu, between 1688 and 1714, having a special emplacement in the Romanian’s history of art and architecture, known for its architectural purity and equilibrium, for the amplitude of sculptural details, and for the treatment of its religious compositions.
